When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.

At your first appointment you will receive a thorough examination, including a discussion of your medical and dental experiences, a detailed analysis of each tooth and its supporting structures, an examination of other soft tissue of the mouth and lips, and evaluation of your bite and the function of the jaw joint.

At the second appointment, we will discuss the findings of the examination and establish a life-long care program that will assist you in maintaining your personal dental health for a lifetime.
